Christine provides executive oversight across all areas of operations at Valletta, serving as a central resource for complex problem-solving and organizational efficiency. She partners closely with company leadership to guide organizational strategy, supervise account managers and internal teams, and support new client onboarding.

Having worked across nearly every operational function, she is a senior authority on workflow execution, payor processes, and revenue cycle performance. Her leadership combines strategic direction with deep hands-on expertise.

With extensive experience in enrollment, charge entry, accounts receivable, and front- and back-end practice operations, Christine benchmarks performance, strengthens systems, and ensures work is executed efficiently across both domestic and offshore teams.

Christine brings over two decades of healthcare operations experience and holds a Master’s in Communications Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
