The newest member of Valletta’s management team, Hamilton brings a wealth of healthcare industry knowledge to the company. Prior to joining Valletta, she spent nearly 6 years managing a substantial physician practice. She oversaw six outpatient offices and a team of over 85 clinicians and 27 support staff. During her time there, she was able to streamline operations, while maintaining consistent practice growth.
Most recently, Hamilton spent two years at a prominent medical research institute, where she oversaw “first-in-man” drug trials. She was in leadership over the Drug Development Unit, consisting of numerous physicians, technicians, and support staff. She coordinated study logistics, ensured protocols were met, and implemented new processes. She also worked closely with patients and their families throughout the course of treatment.
Hamilton’s front-office knowledge, paired with her first-hand understanding of physicians’ habits and needs, are invaluable assets to both Valletta and its clients. Her comprehensive healthcare expertise allows us to better advise our clients on an array of items, while making sure our billing team is sufficiently meeting their needs. Hamilton spends most of her time managing the daily operations of our large staff. Her impressive skills allow the company to maintain highly-efficient operations during periods of steady growth.
